Massaging the Tall Ferns

After a referred enquiry during the second week of June, Well Healed took on the task of massaging the Tall Ferns, the New Zealand Women's basketball Team, on their first day in Palmerston North.

Having just arrived at the Kingsgate Hotel from their previous game in Nelson against Poland, they were somewhat weary and very hungry.  Mathew and Astarte went in to meet them shortly before their meal and gathered them together for a team photo - there not being any other group shot of these Very Important People to date. 

So shown below is the first official photograph of the New Zealand Tall Ferns' pre-2004 Olympic Squad during the Palmerston North leg of their New Zealand Tour.
